Do you do Pay per lead engagements?

 

No, we don’t. We act as revenue partners where your goals become ours. PPL is a contradicting model with the outsourced agency rewarded for lead quantity while the clients are seeking quality. To ensure a clear strategy with market positioning, congruent messaging and representing your brand as our own, we have a retainer + performance model keeping both of our businesses’ committed to the partnership. This garners higher conversions, total contract values, traction in growth and a better experience for the market with your brand. Nothing tarnishes a brand faster than false guarantees or pushy sales tactics (that don’t work)

What is the difference between the Sprint and the full Growth Strategy engagement?

The Sprint focuses on one pipeline or one immediate growth problem. The Growth Strategy engagement looks at the business holistically. That includes operations, sales systems, automation, workflows, positioning, internal processes, and scaling strategy. One solves a specific bottleneck. The other helps align the organization for long-term growth.

 

Do you use AI?

Yes, AI helps us improve efficiency, reduce repetitive work, and support execution. But relationships still matter. The market wants trust, clarity, and real conversations. We use automation to support our team behind the scenes to provide more opportunity to speak to prospective clients.

 

Can you work alongside our existing team?

 

Yes. In many cases, that is exactly where we fit best. We often work alongside internal sales teams, administrators, marketers, founders, or operations staff to strengthen systems and improve execution without disrupting what is already working.

Do you only work with Canadian companies?

 

No. While we are Canadian-based, we work with organizations across Canada and the US depending on fit, scope, and operational needs.

How long are engagements usually?

 

That depends on the scope of work. Some organizations need a focused assessment or short-term sprint. Others need ongoing strategic support or operational leadership. Our work is designed around the actual needs of the business, not rigid package timelines.

 

Do you offer done-for-you sales?

Yes. Depending on the engagement, we can support strategy, outbound execution from lead generation through to client onboarding, CRM structure, automation, operational refinement, sales support, and growth leadership. Some clients need advisory support while some need hands-on execution and some a blend of both - we craft solutions across the spectrum to fit needs, budget and growth goals.

 

What tools and platforms do you work with?

 

We work across a variety of systems including HubSpot, Monday.com, GoHighLevel, Slack, and Google Workspace. More importantly, we focus on building systems that make sense for the stage and reality of the business rather than forcing unnecessary complexity. We do not hold any exclusivity agreements with any one solution to ensure that our guidance is unbiased and always what is best for our clients.

 

What if we already have leads but they are not converting?

 

That is usually a systems issue, not a lead issue. In many organizations, opportunities are being lost through inconsistent follow-up, unclear messaging, poor handoff processes, disconnected systems, or operational bottlenecks. More leads rarely fix broken processes. Better systems do with a team that has spent their careers in developing the skillset required for effective sales conversations that convert.
